The Story of EdenRebuilt
I founded EdenRebuilt to help men and women rebuild their health from the ground up.
Because I've been there myself.
The Beginning
EdenRebuilt was born from my own journey back to health.
Age 14
At the age of fourteen, my father suffered from a severe stroke that left him with dementia, and the stress of this, is where my own health started to fall apart.
To deal with my feelings, I turned to food, video games and social media for comfort and distraction.
However, this lifestyle quickly led to me suffering from:
Obesity, crippling anxiety, pre-diabetes, chronic fatigue and severe depression.
I had no energy.
Constant physical pain and mental anguish.
Lived with unmanageable stress &
truly felt like I had no hope.
The Realisation
I struggled with the way I looked and felt and so at the age of 18, I decided I’d had enough and began to take my health into my own hands.
What began as determination to lose the fat that I'd carried for so long, eventually became a decade-long pursuit of growth, discipline, and awakening to how the human body is designed to optimally function.

The Proccess
Now
I began studying, and over a period of ten years, I became certified in multiple disciplines of health, specialising in Therapeutic Nutritional Principles. I did the work to truly rebuild myself from the ground up.
Along the way, I realised something critical:
Conventional health guidance is leading to more sickness than progress and the traditional medical system only treats symptoms and not the root cause of ill health.
The Revival
Through my holistic training and studies I changed the trajectory of my life completely.
I am now free from all the sickness that plagued me earlier in life and enjoying a life of abundant health.
After years of learning the skills necessary to achieve true health, I took a look around me and noticed the bleak reality -
Humanity as a whole is getting sicker, fatter, weaker and more troubled as each generation goes by.
But It Doesn't Have to Be Like This.

So Why Did I Found EdenRebuilt?
I founded EdenRebuilt because I believe that even after hardship, people can rebuild their health and thrive. Like I did.
At the heart of my work is a root-cause approach to health. Utilising nutrition and lifestyle which looks beyond symptoms to understand the deeper factors affecting wellbeing.
EdenRebuilt exists to turn hope into action by creating practical opportunities for healing, renewal, and a stronger future built with dignity and purpose.
