REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

At EdenRebuilt, we strive to provide a high standard of service and want clients to feel confident when enrolling in our programmes.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Consultations

Individual consultation fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.

3. Restorative Coaching Programme – 14-Day Satisfaction Period

Clients enrolled in the EdenRebuilt Restorative Coaching Programme are entitled to a 14-day satisfaction period beginning on the official programme start date.

If, during the first 14 days, you decide that the programme is not suitable for you, you may request cancellation and receive a refund of payments made, subject to the deductions described below.

4. Session Fees Deducted

Where one or more coaching sessions have already taken place during the 14-day satisfaction period, the following deductions will apply:

  • £80 for each coaching session attended; and

  • Any payment processing fees or transaction fees incurred by EdenRebuilt.

The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Example

If you paid £365 and attended one session before cancelling within the first 14 days:

  • Coaching session fee: £80

  • Payment processing fees: deducted at cost

  • Remaining balance refunded to you.

If two sessions have been attended:

  • £160 plus any payment processing fees will be deducted from the amount paid.

5. Requests After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the expiration of the 14-day satisfaction period will not normally be granted.

By this stage, significant time, preparation, support, and resources will have been invested in the delivery of the programme.

Failure to achieve desired outcomes does not, by itself, entitle a client to a refund.

6. Missed Sessions

Missed sessions or failure to engage with the programme do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Clients remain responsible for any payment obligations agreed upon at the time of purchase.

7. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan has been agreed, cancelling within the 14-day satisfaction period will result in the same deductions described above.

If refunds are due, they will be calculated based on amounts already paid.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

EdenRebuilt reserves the right to consider refund requests outside this policy on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

Any such decision is entirely at the discretion of EdenRebuilt and does not create an ongoing obligation to issue refunds in similar situations.

9. Digital Resources

Any downloadable guides, documents, worksheets, or digital materials provided as part of coaching are considered delivered upon access and are generally non-refundable.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request cancellation within the 14-day satisfaction period, please contact:

  • Your full name;

  • The email address used when purchasing;

  • Your request for cancellation.

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed within 14 business days.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
